Build Up New York to Attend Port Chester Village Trustee Meeting

Build Up New York members who live in Port Chester and the nearby communities are heading to Monday’s scheduled meeting of the Village Trustees to stand up for their community.
Even as the trustee play to lay off eight career firefighters claiming that Port Chester does not have the money, they are poised to hand Starwood Capital Group — one of the nation’s largest private equity real estate investors a huge tax break on its more than $300 million proposal to redevelop the United Hospital site.
The meeting is at 7p on Monday, June 20th at the Senior Center at 220 Grace Church Street in Port Chester.
